Zensa carries 5% lidocaine. MediCaine Pro carries about 40% total anesthetic across its three agents, which is why it is compounded per order and supplied only to licensed providers.

LABELED USE

Zensa cream's OTC label covers temporary relief of local discomfort, including anorectal discomfort and minor pain, soreness and burning. MediCaine is a pre-procedure topical used under a provider's protocol.
