LIDOCAINE 10-30%
The gold standard of local anesthetics. Amide-type anesthetic that penetrates deep tissue layers, delivering reliable, long-lasting numbness. Present in all three MediCaine tiers at varying concentrations — 10% in Pro and Ultra, 30% in Elite.
TETRACAINE 7-10%
Long-duration ester anesthetic with an extended half-life. Enhances depth of nerve block and extends the numbing window significantly beyond what Lidocaine alone achieves. 10% in Pro and Ultra, 7% in Elite.
PRILOCAINE 8%
Fourth-agent amplifier exclusive to the Ultra. Amide anesthetic that works synergistically with the BLT base to achieve maximum potency across all tissue depths. Adds a fourth pathway for comprehensive pain signal blockade.
PHENYLEPHRINE 0.5%
Vasoconstrictor that localizes the anesthetic effect. Constricts blood vessels at the treatment site to reduce bleeding, keep the anesthetic agents concentrated in the target area longer, and extend overall duration.
